Reservation: Terms and Conditions
1. Reservation
Thank you for reserving a JetBike! You have secured priority delivery for a JetBike e-bike to your country and region (postal code). We will provide timely updates on our website www.jetbike-mobility.de regarding when and where the first vehicles will be delivered. Thank you for trusting us and helping us build a sustainable, innovative, and fun e-bike — one that we believe will change the world.
2. Reservation Date
The reservation is valid from the moment your reservation fee is paid.
3. Difference Between Reservation and Purchase
It is important to emphasize that this reservation does not constitute an order or a sale of a JetBike e-bike. The reservation grants you priority for delivery. When deliveries begin in your country and region, JetBike GmbH will inform you about all further details.
Eventually, you will receive a purchase agreement to finalize the booking process. If you choose to complete the purchase, the reservation fee will be credited toward your total purchase payment. Until you have signed a purchase contract for a JetBike e-bike, you can cancel your reservation at any time and receive a full refund of the reservation fee.
4. Conditions – Transferability and Reservation Limit
We do not pay interest on the reservation fee, and the amount will not be held in a separate or escrow account. It is not possible to transfer a reservation to another party without written consent from JetBike GmbH. Additionally, it is not permitted to reserve more than four JetBike e-bikes per person through reservation payments without the express written consent of JetBike GmbH.
5. Further Information
We will keep you updated on the development of the JetBike e-bike and may ask for your feedback to create the best possible e-bike for you.
6. Risk
There is a risk, and we are obliged to inform you about it: In the unlikely event that JetBike GmbH goes bankrupt or becomes insolvent, we will not be able to refund your reservation fee. In the worst case, you may lose part or all of the money paid for the reservation.
The terms may be changed without prior notice.
7. Electrical and Electronic Waste
There is also a legal obligation for the return of electrical and electronic waste. Customers can return them after use to a JetBike GmbH service partner, a municipal collection point, or a local specialist retailer. Customers can also return used old devices to JetBike GmbH at the following address:

The return option is limited to small old devices under 25 cm, old devices that JetBike GmbH currently or previously carried in its product range, and the quantity typically returned by end consumers.
8. Data Protection Notice for Old Devices
Old devices may contain sensitive personal data. This particularly applies to information and telecommunication technology devices such as smart bike computers, PCs, or smartphones. In this regard, each customer is responsible for deleting data on the devices to be disposed of.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. The business relationship between JetBike GmbH and the customer is subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), subject to mandatory provisions of international private law. If the customer is a business, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between the customer and JetBike GmbH is the registered office of JetBike GmbH.
9.2. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or becomes invalid for any reason, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the relevant statutory regulation.
9.3. These Terms and Conditions are written in both German and English. Purchase contracts with the customer are concluded exclusively in either German or English, depending on whether the customer places the order via the German or English version of the webshop. If the customer places the order through the German website of JetBike GmbH, only the German version of these Terms and Conditions shall apply. If the order is placed via the English version of the webshop, only the English version of these Terms and Conditions shall apply.
